Cones carry a higher unit price and a higher margin than loose papers, and they have taken substantial share because they remove the need to roll. Most shops stock both, with cones weighted toward king size and 1¼ and loose papers weighted toward 1¼.
Cones are sold in small consumer packs (3, 6, 20 count) and in bulk boxes (100, 800, 1400 count) intended for shops that fill their own pre-rolls. Bulk boxes and consumer packs are separate SKUs with very different velocity — order them separately.
